B grades, and what inspectors found
A B is a passing grade. Inspections are a snapshot of one visit, and most of the problems below were fixed while the inspector was there.
Pho Sai Gon, 2301 Airport Thruway, Suite D-11: 80 (B)
Up from a 72 (C) on Aug. 27. Inspectors noted uncovered lettuce and green onions in the walk-in cooler, refrigerated foods missing date labels, an unlabeled spray bottle of bleach solution, and raw meat thawing at room temperature, a repeat violation. All were corrected during the inspection.
JD Wings, 3507 Macon Road: 81 (B)
Same score as its previous inspection in January. Inspectors found ready-to-eat sauce stored next to and below raw chicken and fish (a repeat violation), and several foods stored uncovered in coolers and freezers. Both were corrected on the spot. The restaurant's permit was not on display; the state requires that to be fixed within 72 hours.
Nori Japan, 3515 Victory Drive: 82 (B)
Down from a 90 (A) in March. Inspectors noted pink residue on the ice machine chute, and sushi held without the required discard-time labels (a repeat violation). Both were corrected during the inspection.
Yamazaki Sushi & Hibachi, 6516 Kitten Lake Drive: 85 (B)
Up from an 84 (B) in March. Inspectors found raw beef stored above cooked shrimp tempura in the walk-in cooler. It was rearranged during the inspection.
Safehouse Ministries, 7200 Manor Road: 86 (B)
Down from a 93 (A) in April. Inspectors noted the kitchen had no certified food safety manager on staff and no written employee health policy. The kitchen was given a health policy during the visit, and its manager is enrolled in a food safety certification course in November.
Seafood House, 6125 Macon Road: 88 (B)
Down from a perfect 100 in February. Inspectors found foods in a back cooler warmer than the required 41°F (they were thrown out) and hot foods held below the required 135°F (they were moved to the cooler to cool).

| A | 90-100 |
| B | 80-89 |
