Dear Sickle Cell Warriors and Supporters,

We are reaching out to let you all know that we have decided to postpone the Annual Sickle Cell Walkathon, originally scheduled for September 12th. This was due to the sudden weather conditions that made continuing the event a hazard for our vendors, attendees, and other community members.

The good news is that the Walkathon will still happen! We are working tirelessly to have a new date to announce soon and will be sharing that with you all as quickly as we can. If you are unable to make the Walkathon this year, that’s alright because our Fall Fundraising Campaign is live and running until November 6th, allowing for more chances to donate to our cause. We appreciate your patience and support for this year’s walk and are looking forward to more opportunities to see and work with all of you.
