Harris-Walz Team Remembers The South

Columbus, GA – There was excitement in the air when citizens in the city heard that Governor Tim Walz, part of the Harris-Walz Democratic Presidential Campaign team, will make it a point to visit the city which is the home of Aflac Insurance, TSYS, WCBradley Co and close to the infantry U.S.Army Fort Moore (formerly Fort Benning).

Former President Bill Clinton is a Democrat, and he came to the city a few weeks earlier. His appearance was well received., voters listened while others listened and took photographs.

However, it was the Harris-Walz campaign team that had supporters standing in line at the Columbus Civic Center to hear and see Governor Tim Walz. H was applauded and well received, as the standing-room only crowd awaited his arrial. He is the vice-presidential candidate running for the White House; and the current country’s vice-president who has put her hat in the ring for president of the United States of America, is Vice-president Kamala Harris.

As early voting has already begun, the pollsters are predicting that citizens want a change.  Generation Z voters are becoming caretakers for their parents; they want the best. Women are  vocal about taking control of their bodies. And both men and women have spoken out loudly that a change in government with a woman leading the country may be what is needed.

Across the nation, some of the Black-owned newspapers and other Black-owned businesses have campaigned for the Harris-Walz team. An array of celebrities are on board with the Harris-Walz team and November 5, 2024 will tell the American voters who will be the next president/vice-president of the United States of America.
